Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $8.99.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being placed, though delivery times can vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We'll always provide tracking so you can follow your package's progress.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days — if that happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible at hello@cashmereblue.com if you need to change or cancel your order. If it hasn't entered processing yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the request.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We take care to get your order to you safely, but once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're unable to take responsibility for loss or theft. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then reach out to us at hello@cashmereblue.com — we're happy to help you look into it, though we can't guarantee a replacement or credit once a package has been confirmed delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit (tracking shows no movement or delivery), email us and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to confirm your shipping address before resending. Additional shipping charges may apply.
