Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not offer refunds — all approved returns are issued as online store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
Wait for our approval before returning. To start a return, email us at hello@cashmereblue.com. Once your return is approved, we'll reply with the return address and shipping instructions, and you'll have 7 days from the date of approval to ship your item back to us. Returns received after this window will not be accepted.
Returns are shipped at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping method with delivery confirmation, since we can't issue credit for a package that doesn't arrive.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at hello@cashmereblue.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Claims made after this window will not be accepted. Please note we're unable to guarantee jewelry, natural shrinkage, or similar wear-related issues; no exceptions can be made here.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Once your return is approved and received, we'll issue store credit that you're welcome to use toward a new purchase.
Store Credit
Once we receive your approved return, we'll inspect it and issue your store credit within 3–5 business days. Your credit will be available directly in your account.
Returns that don't meet the conditions above will not be accepted for credit. Rejected items will be returned to the customer at their expense; if arrangements aren't made within 30 days, the item will be donated.
