Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $8.99.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so reach out as soon as possible at hello@cashmereblue.com. If your order hasn't entered processing, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

What is your return policy?
We offer store credit only — we don't offer refunds or exchanges. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. See our Returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@cashmereblue.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions, and you'll have 7 days from approval to ship it back. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

How do your pieces fit?
Fit notes are included on each product page where available. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us — we're happy to help you choose.

Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Some pieces return and some don't. Join our list or follow @shopcashmereblue to hear about restocks and new arrivals first.

Do you offer a discount for first orders?
New customers can take 10% off their first order with code WELCOME10 at checkout.

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout and the savings will apply before payment.

I received the wrong item or a damaged piece.
We're sorry — that's on us to fix. Email hello@cashmereblue.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with store credit.
